2023 Scholarship Application

PAHRA's 2023 Scholarship Application is available for high school seniors
and adults currently enrolled in a higher education program living in
public or assisted housing at a PAHRA member agency during the previous twelve months.

Applications must be submitted to Johnstown Housing Authority by Wednesday, March 15, 2023.

If PAHRA receives an application directly from an applicant, it will be disqualified and not considered for an award.
