JHA is soliciting proposals for a commercial tenant to operate a mini market or convenience store inside Connor Tower, located at 527 Vine Street in Downtown Johnstown.

The store space has separate entrances to the outside and inside, so that both JHA residents and the general public may easily access the business during open hours.

Connor Tower and next-door neighbor Vine Street Tower contain a combined 350 apartments of potential customers!
